GOD

GOD

Whenever I am thinking about the fair
Whenever I am talking about the care
Whenever I am tired of injustice
Or I am feeling some pain

I know, and I well know
That you are always there
To bring me something
To offer me some care
**
When the sun goes at nights
When the dark eats all lights
I know that still is
Somebody not so far
Whom I can share with him
All my wish , my thoughts
**
I never be afraid
Of being in storm
I never feel lonely
When you are side by side .

winter
Clouds are moving to find a place to rain
The sun is waiting to shine, but in vain
The river moves to the tune of gravity
Bare trees standing side by side like a chain

SMOOTH SAILING

Smooth sailing

And I’m on my way

Smooth sailing

And I think it’s going to stay

I’ve got a ticket to heaven

And I already know

That with my ticket to heaven

Babe we’re going to go

************************

Been sailing for too long

And I’ve had enough

My mast is ripped and torn

And my anchor lost

Sea salt it stings my eyes

When I’m trying to see

The waves crash against my face

They battle me

Tried to stop the storm from crashing

Against my porous heart

Tried to keep my boat afloat

And I’m at a loss

Been navigating on this sea

For all my life

That it’s become a part of my palm

And I know it all

But the wind keeps blowing me

Back to the time

Where misery shows its face

Without the sunshine

Humoured by the changing winds

I bid my time

Can only get better now babe

With the weather fine

I’ll say goodbye to the rough sea

And the fish I tried to catch

I’ll leave with no ambitions

Except having you

The ocean and me have made peace

And I’m going home

Back to the Promised Land

Where we can roam

Can we glide on the calm sea?

Can we take a ride?

Can I ask the wind to push us babe

Back to the other side

I’m going to be much happier babe

I’m going to be all right

Going to enjoy every breath we take

We’re going to feel right

Mrs. Mcgrath

Mrs. Mcgrath Bruce Springsteen lyrics
Artist: Bruce Springsteen
Album: We Shall Overcome: The Seeger Sessions
Year: 2006
Title: Mrs. Mcgrath Print
Correct

"Mrs McGraw," the captain said,
"would you like to make a pirate
Out of your son, Ted?
With a scarlet cloak and a great cocked hat,
Mrs McGraw wouldn't you like that?"

With me too-rye-ay
Foddle-diddle-day
With me toorye oorye oorye-ay
With me toorye-ay
Foddle diddle day
Me toorye oorye oorye-ay

Mrs McGraw lived on the seashore
For the length of seven long years or more
When a great big ship sailed into the bay
"It's my son Ted with his legs away"

Then up comes Ted without any legs
And in their place are two wooden pegs
She kissed him a dozen times or two
Saying "My son Ted is it really you?"
"O were you drunk or were you blind
When you left your two fine legs behind?
Or was it walking on the sea
That cut your legs from the knees away?"

"I wasn't drunk and I wasn't blind
When I left my two fine legs behind
But a cannon ball on the fifth of May
Cut my two fine legs from the knees away"

"All foreign war, I do proclaim
Between Don John and the King of Spain
But by jaze I'll make them rue the time
They stole the legs from a son of mine"

My shattered dreams

I drank stars
walked on the moon
Slept with oceans
Lived in the western countries
With entire emotions
Dreamt happiness
Loved beauties
Looked for suns warmth
Hoped for equalities

But when I opened my eyes

There was nothing but, nightmares
Starvation and famine were a blink away
Bullets were shared instead of bread everyday
Homes were destroyed
No roof left over heads
Politics were a theme of lies, and inequalities
My dreams were shattered

SPRING! SPRING!

Spring! Spring! I hear the call.

Echoing through this winter wall.

Spring! Spring! Arrives today.

The bees are busy and the birds at play.

The dewy grass I do meet.

My toes are happy and my knees,

My body loves springtime glee.

**

Spring! Spring! I scream to wake,

The ducks and fish in the lake.

Spring. Spring. Now softly spoken.

Mother hens egg a true token

It tells new life is ahead so,

Wrapped in fresh beginnings I am led.

To a garden of nice greenery,

Blooming flowers the scenery.

**

Spring! Spring! I dance about.

And to the sun I scream and shout.

Spring! Springs! My hearts in bloom.

And tender love calls my womb.

The sun allows me not to wilter,

And projects rays that do filter.

Upon a basket of wishes to sow.

Consequently I am struck by cupids bow.

**

Spring! Spring! Is right here.

Spring! Spring! So lets adhere

From my window

I see the bright sky
Trees are about to bloom
Spring is on its way
The sun is shining
Clouds are moving away
Love is in the air
Birds singing
As if they say” Vanya…Vanya..”
Things become nicer and more inspiring
When I think of you.

selected poem for dear Vanya

Shall I compare thee to a summer's day ?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate:
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summer's lease hath all too short a date:
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimmed,
And every fair from fair sometime declines,
By chance, or naturer's changing course untrimmed;
But thy eternal summer shall not fade,
Nor lose possession of that fair thou ow'st,
Nor shall death brag thou wand'rest in his shade,
When in eternal lines to time thou grow'st;
So long as men can breathe, or eyes can see,
So long lives this, and this gives life to thee

SO MY OCEAN

The golden sands upon your shore.

So enchanting, so inviting.

Each grain tells ten stories plus one more.

A handful could quench my life but I reach.

So insightful, so artful.

Since I see the length of your entire beach.

On your coastline with the sun on my face.

So amusing, so warming.

An expansive haven that’s safe to call base.

At my feet your waters do lap.

So playful, so joyful.

And a story is told of a treasure map.

I know such things could never gratify.

So quizzical, so trivial.

High tide is near and your waves intensify.

No last breath before your currents sweep.

So startling, so alarming.

My bewildered soul into your oceans deep.

In time your salty sea does settle.

So peaceful, so tranquil.

And I once again feel like your sweet, pearly petal.

Your waters encompass my body and skin.

So adored, so devoted.

Sensuality bubbles from out to within.

In this sweet existence I’d like to drown,

So ardent, so fervent.

If onto you my love I could crown.

But your great ocean blue is too hard to hold.

So disconnected, so severed.

Through my fingers flow your waters cold.

It is your vastness I am unable to possess.

So exposed, so vulnerable.

The unchartered seas of you never caress.

And if around your true centre I am to revolve.

So patient, so loyal.

Then gills and a mermaid’s tail I wait to evolve.

Smile

When I smile
The sun shines
The lake ripples
Trees dance to the breath
Birds fly high
Clouds will rain
The rainbow will glow
Because my heart, made of love
My thought made of peace
My senses made of nature
You smile too
Till the world smiles
